How can I file a complaint about an order?

To process your complaint as quickly as possible, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following information:
1) Order number
2) Description of the problem, with photo(s) if possible
My package was returned to sender (CustomShirts), now what?
Unfortunately, shipping is a nonrefundable service. We can ship it again, but you would need to pay to reship it.
To avoid this, we recommend the following:
-double check your shipping address when placing the order
-make sure someone will be at the address to accept the package
-check your mail daily until the package arrives
-deliver it to your work office, if allowed
-deliver to a PO Box
