There are several reasons you may want to return a shirt and we do our best to accommodate our customers. Below, we offer some tips for the best experience and information about what to do when things go wrong. In general, if we made a mistake by printing the wrong design, or the print quality is poor, or the garment is defective, then we will be happy to replace the item.
We want you to have a great experience. In order to do that, we ask that you check our size charts and measurements to make sure you get the right size shirt, or even order a blank shirt to make sure it fits the way you want. This eliminates any potential size problems.
If you have a birthday, graduation party, family reunion, or some other event coming up, please order your shirts early (at least a month before the event for best results). This gives everyone time to make any changes necessary and provides ample time for possible shipping delays. This is especially true near Christmas.
Designs with event dates
Items printed with an event date in the design will not be refunded the day of and after the event date. Please order early.
Spelling is a common mistake. Please triple check your spelling and even ask someone else to look at it if you have to. We try to do what we can, but we can not check spelling on all orders. We can not refund an order based on spelling.
Shipping carriers make mistakes too. Packages get lost or stolen. If your tracking information says your order was delivered, but you don't see it, ask people around your house. Look around your mailbox. Check with the shipping carrier. Shipping is a non-refundable service.
Most of the time, we ship orders in a polybag. Please do not cut the bag open. You risk cutting the garment.
Due to the nature of computer displays, the shirt manufacturing process, and the digital print process, we can not guarantee any color matches, unless you are placing a screen print order of more than 24 shirts per color in the design and you provide a Pantone color code so that we can mix a custom ink color for you. If you need a Pantone color match, please add a note in your order or contact us. Shirt colors may vary from one shirt to the next even if they are from the same manufacturer, with the same style and size.
Due to the nature of the business with customized t-shirts, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
